Phone calls. When you call us, our phone system records the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and a recording of the call. The greeting tells you calls may be recorded.
Text messages you send us. If you text us, we keep the messages so we can answer you.
Basic usage information. Standard web server and analytics data, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate region. This is not tied to your name.
The chat helper on this site runs in your browser and answers from the information on the page. It does not send what you type to us.
We do not ask for, and do not want, your Social Security number, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal information through this website.

You receive text messages from us only if you check a consent box on our estimate form, or if you text us first. No number is ever bought, rented or imported from a list.
We keep a record of your opt in, including your number, the date and time, and the exact wording you agreed to, because carrier rules require us to be able to show it. That record is used for nothing else. Full program terms are in our Terms.
We keep request records, call recordings and messages only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete them.
Everything you send through this site travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. It is stored with the service providers described above, which restrict access to it. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason this site never asks for sensitive information.
